Your server and data
Every company on AEQI runs on a computer of its own. Not a slice of a shared pool: one server, one company.
Where it runs
Your company's server is hosted by Hetzner in Germany, or in Finland on the rare day the German data centre is full. Your team, your website, your company's memory and its database all live there.
The bigger plans come with a bigger server. Moving up resizes it in place; nothing has to move.
What runs on it
- Your team, with its memory and its tasks.
- Your website, the live one and the preview.
- A database for your website and product.
- Web analytics for your site, on your own server rather than a third party's.
Who can reach it
Your server is not open to the internet for anything but your website. Your team is reached only through AEQI itself, when you are signed in.
Your agents only hold the keys their jobs need. Apps you connect are signed in on the app's own page; AEQI never sees your passwords.
Where your data goes
Your company's data stays on its server. When your agents think, the text they work on is sent to the AI model doing the thinking. Those models run at AI companies outside Germany, some in the US. Every company that handles data for us is listed on the subprocessors page.
When a company ends
If you cancel, your company stops at the end of the period you paid for. Its server is then shut down, and the rest of its records are erased after 30 days.
