Apps
Connect an app once, and the agent whose job needs it works in it. Idris sends from your Gmail, Remy keeps your calendar, Ansel reads your Stripe.
How to connect
Open Settings › Connections, from the account menu. Apps are grouped by what they are for:
- Email and calendar
- Sales and support
- Marketing
- Team and docs
- Money and books
Most apps connect with a sign-in: you log in on the app's own page and approve access. AEQI never sees your password. A few ask for a key you copy from the app's settings; the connect screen tells you where to find it.
You don't have to hunt for what to connect. When an agent needs an app to do its job, it asks in Needs you: "Idris: connect your Gmail so I can write from your address."
Which apps
| For | Apps |
|---|---|

| Marketing | Google Ads, Search Console, YouTube, Twitch, Plausible, Brevo |

What an agent can do in an app
An agent works in a connected app the way you would: reads, drafts, updates, files. Anything that reaches someone outside your company, like an email or a change to something live, still waits for your OK in Needs you.
Each agent only gets the apps its job needs. Your finance agent reads your Stripe; your sales agent doesn't.
Disconnect any time
Open Settings › Connections and disconnect it. Your agents stop using it straight away.
