Plans and credits
Every plan includes the whole team, your website and a computer of your own. Plans differ in how much AI your team can use each month and how big the computer is.
What credits are
Your team's AI work is measured in credits. Every time an agent thinks, writes, reads the web or searches, it uses some. Your plan includes a monthly amount, and that is the only number you need to watch.
The computer your company runs on is part of the plan. It never uses credits.
See where they go
The credit meter at the bottom of the sidebar shows what is left this month. Finance · Ansel has the detail under AI usage, and every task shows what it cost when it is done.
Credits last the whole month
Your team paces itself. Work that runs on its own, like routines and self-started tasks, gets a fair share of what is left each day, so it doesn't use up the month in a week. When today's share is spent, background work rests until tomorrow. Anything you ask for still runs.
If credits run out
Your team pauses. Nothing is lost: when you add credits, or the month renews, the work picks up exactly where it stopped.
- Add credits: buy a top-up once, whenever you want. Nothing is charged automatically.
- Move up: a bigger plan gives more credits each month and a bigger computer.
We never charge more unless you choose to add more.
Unused credits
What you don't use rolls over to next month, up to one month's worth.
Paying yearly
Pay yearly and you get twelve months for the price of eleven. Credits still arrive month by month.
Change or cancel
Open Settings › Plan & billing to change plan, add credits, see invoices or cancel. There is no contract and no setup fee.
If you cancel, your company keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. Then its computer is shut down, and everything else is erased 30 days later. If you might come back, download what you need first.
