Channels
You don't have to open the app to talk to your team. Reach them from the places you already are.
Your company has its own address, hello@yourname.aeqi.ai. Emails your team sends go out from there, and replies come straight back into the conversation they belong to. Want your team to write from your own mailbox instead? Connect Gmail, Outlook or any other mailbox in Apps.
Chat apps
Connect a chat app and your agents read and answer there:
- Telegram
- Slack
- Discord
- Text message (SMS)
Each one is a line into your company. You choose which agent answers on it and who is allowed to write.
Telegram is the quickest to set up. The others connect through an account of your own with the service, like a Slack app or a Twilio number, and take a few minutes the first time. The connect screen walks you through it, in Settings › Connections.
On your phone
The AEQI app works in your phone's browser. At the bottom you get Needs you, Team and Ada one tap away, so approving a morning's emails takes a minute on the train.
Talk, don't type
In the app you can speak instead of type: press the microphone in the message box. Your agents can also read their answers aloud.
