Why you approve everything
Your team works on its own, but nothing leaves without your yes. Why we drew the line there, and why it makes the team faster.

There are two ways to get AI agents wrong. The first is to let them do anything. It feels fast right up to the moment one sends the wrong email to your best customer, and then you never trust it again. The second is to make them ask about everything. Then it is not a team; it is more work with extra steps.
AEQI draws the line in one place: the edge of your company.
Inside, the team gets on with it
Researching competitors, finding leads, drafting emails, preparing a website change, writing a privacy policy, planning the week: all of that happens without asking you. It is work in progress, it stays inside the company, and you can look at any of it whenever you like.
At the door, you decide
Anything that reaches the outside world waits for your yes: an email to a real person, a change to your live website, a post, anything unusual on your company’s computer. It all lands in one place, Needs you, and every request ends the same way. A button that says exactly what will happen, like Send email · to Priya. Edit, if you want it changed. Not now, if you want to think about it tomorrow.
Your agents cannot approve their own requests. That is enforced by the system, not by a polite instruction to the AI.
Why this makes the team faster
Because the line is clear, the team never has to stop and wonder whether it is allowed to do something. Everything inside the company, it just does. And because you only see what crosses the line, the pile stays small: a handful of decisions a day, not a feed of everything your agents thought.
It also makes the work better. When you press Edit on a draft and write “shorter, they’re busy”, that note goes into your company’s memory. The next draft is shorter. After a few weeks, you press Edit less, because the team has learned how you want things done.
Honest about what happened
Approving something is only half of trust. The other half is knowing it actually happened. AEQI marks an email Sent only when it has really left, and shows you the preview and the live website apart, so you always know what the world is seeing.
Will it always be this way?
For now, yes, and on purpose. Trust is earned one approved email at a time. We would rather you feel completely safe letting the team work than save you three taps a day.
How approvals work, step by step.
