What Superset is

Superset calls itself “an agentic IDE to orchestrate 100+ coding agents in parallel.” It runs Claude Code, Codex, Cursor Agent, Gemini CLI, Copilot, OpenCode and other CLI tools side by side, each in its own git worktree with its own branch and terminal, on your own machine and your own model subscriptions. Its repository had about 14,000 GitHub stars in mid-September 2026. The desktop app is free for one user; Pro is $15 to $20 per user per month; Enterprise is custom.

Superset is the better choice when

You already run a software company and the bottleneck is developer throughput. Superset says so itself: it is a developer workspace, not a platform that runs a company.
You want to keep the model subscriptions you already pay for, with any coding agent, on your own machine.
Code review is the job: its diff viewer, in-app browser and editor handoff are built for it, and AEQI does not do this.

AEQI is the better choice when

The company is the part that doesn’t exist yet: you need a website and people to talk to, not a faster code review.
