The new AEQI

A new app built around your team: eleven teammates with one job each, one place for everything that needs you, a website you publish with one press, your own domain, and credits that last the month.

September 28, 2026 · Luca Eich

A single marble ring with a gold inner edge standing on wide steps at dawn, the city faint behind it.

This is the biggest change to AEQI so far. We rebuilt the app around one idea: you should open it and see your team at work, not a wall of tools.

Your team, by job

The sidebar now lists your team by what they do: Company, Assistant, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Research, Finance, Operations, Design, Support and Legal. Eleven agents, each with one job and a name. Open one and you get its chat on one side and its work on the other: Kai’s website, Idris’s leads and emails, Ansel’s money and AI usage.

Wren joined to run Research and brings you a weekly brief on what changed in your market; Noor now looks after your customers as Support. Ada still leads, and hands every ask to the teammate who owns it.

One place for what needs you

Everything waiting on you is now in Needs you: emails to approve, a site change to publish, a question, an app to connect. Each item ends with the same three choices: the action itself, named exactly (Send email · to Priya), Edit, or Not now. Go through them one at a time or as a list. On a keyboard, A, E and N do the work.

Your company comes online in front of you

Starting a company is now one sentence, a name and a plan. Then you watch three real things happen: your computer starts, your website goes live, your team wakes up. No fake progress bars. Ada then asks five quick questions (who you sell to, what should happen this month, how you sound, what you must never do) and every agent reads your answers before it acts.

A website you publish with one press

Kai’s pane shows your site as a visitor sees it, on desktop or phone, with the prepared changes and the live site shown apart. Every weekday he prepares one improvement; it goes live when you press Publish. Point at any part of the preview to tell him what to change. And you can now use your own domain: AEQI shows the records to add, or Kai sets them, and your email keeps working.

Leads that explain themselves

Idris’s pipeline now reads like a real sales tool: New, Contacted, Replied, Meeting, Won. Every lead carries why this lead, with the page Idris read and the line that made him pick it. Emails wait under Waiting for your yes, and a sequence is one first email and one follow-up, then it stops.

Credits that last the month

Everything is counted in one unit, credits, and every task shows what it cost. Work your team starts on its own now paces itself across the month, so a busy week never empties it. Anything you ask for still runs. If credits do run out, the team pauses and picks up exactly where it stopped.

Three plans, the whole team in each

Start, Grow and Scale all include the full team, your website and a computer of your own. They differ in how much AI your team can use and how big the computer is. See pricing.

Everything above is explained step by step in the new docs, written for founders rather than engineers.
