AEQI vs Naïve

June 11, 2026 · Luca Eich

aeqi vs Naïve: autonomous company platforms compared.

Choose Naïve if you are a developer who wants to assemble an agent-run business yourself, from legal formation to payments to compute, through APIs and a CLI.

Choose AEQI if you would rather describe the business than wire it together: a website today, and a team that finds leads and writes the emails.

What Naïve is

Naïve describes itself on usenaive.ai as “infrastructure that lets agents autonomously operate businesses”: a catalog of 53 building blocks spanning formation, identity checks, cards and compute, reached through a CLI, an API and a dashboard called Studio. It is made by a Palo Alto company founded by Sean Dorje and Dennis Zax. In mid-September 2026 the Pro plan was $20 a month per organization with $20 of usage included, then pay-as-you-go; forming a US LLC through it cost $349.

Naïve is the better choice when

  • You think in APIs and want to pick exactly the building blocks your business needs, and wire them together yourself.
  • You need a real US LLC formed, with a registered agent and an EIN; AEQI does not form a legal company.
  • You want the lowest entry price and pay-as-you-go usage.

AEQI is the better choice when

  • You want to start from a sentence, not a CLI session: your website is live today at yourname.aeqi.ai.
  • You want a team with one job each — the website, sales, marketing, finance — that finds leads and writes the emails, and one memory they share.
  • You want every email and post to wait for your OK before it goes out.
