What Lindy is
Lindy describes itself as “a personal AI work assistant for inbox, meetings, calendar, scheduling, follow-ups, CRM updates, and ad hoc work across connected apps.” It triages your inbox and drafts replies in your voice, preps meetings, sends follow-ups, updates HubSpot or Salesforce, and takes delegation from iMessage. It says more than 400,000 professionals use it. In mid-September 2026 it was $29.99, $99.99 or $199.99 a month per user, metered in credits.

Lindy is the better choice when
- The problem is your own day: an inbox that never empties, meetings you walk into unprepared, a calendar others keep filling.
- You want to delegate from iMessage, where you already are.
- You need SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and a signed BAA today, for sensitive client, patient or financial information.
